Grilled Turkey And Mushroom Burgers With Chutney Sauce

  • 1 pound Ground turkey
  • 8 ounces Fresh white mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Plain lowfat yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons Chopped Major Grey chutney
  • Makes 4 burgers 1. Preheat the grill orbroiler and place the rack 4 inches from the heat.

    2. In a bowl mix turkey, mushrooms, onion, Worcestershire and salt. Shape into 4 (3/4-inch thick) patties.

    3. Place on a grill or broiler rack. Grill about 5 minutes per side, until completely cooked through.

    4. While the burgers are cooking, combine the yogurt and chutney in a small serving bowl. Serve with the burgers.
