Hermit's Stew

  • 2 pounds Shish kabob
  • 1 pound Zucchinis, chopped
  • 1 pound Eggplant, chopped
  • 1 pound Tomatos, chopped
  • 2 pounds Potatos, cubed
  • 2 Onions, chunked
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
  • 6 Garlic cloves
  • Combine and put into shallow round baking pan.

    Cover with water.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
