Meatloaf

  • 2 cups Soft bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup Onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup Green pepper, minced
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 pound Ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons Horseradish
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 3/4 tablespoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • Mix all but 1 cup ketchup, but not too well.

    Shape into 2 loaves in greased shallow pan.

    Spread remaining ketchup over loaf.

    Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
