Corn Oysters

  • 1 cup Whole kernel corn
  • 2 Eggs, well beaten
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • ~ Oil or shortening
  • Mix ingredients. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls into 1/4 inch of hot fat. Fry until brown. Makes 12.
