Microwave Fudge

  • 1 pound Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa
  • 1/2 stick Butter
  • 1 1/4 cups Milk
  • Mix well and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Immediately add 1 t. of vanilla and beat with a whisk until vanilla is ncorporated. Add 1 c. chopped nuts if desired.

    Spread onto a Pam-sprayed paper plate and chill in the freezer for 20 minutes before serving.
