Beef, Sandwiches

Shuarmah

  • 1 pound Sirloin steak, sliced thin
  • 2 cups Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Tahini
  • Soak meat in vinegar, overnight.

    Broil meat.

    Make sandwiches with Arabic bread.

    Sauce: lemon juice & tahini.
