Spinach Stew

  • 2 packages Spinach
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 4 cups Rice
  • 1 package Arabic bread
  • Cook spinach until spinach is soft.

    Brown hamburger & add to spinach Add salt, pepper & lemon juice to spinach & cook 1/2 hour.

    Serve dinner over rice.
