Beef Stroganoff

  • 2 pounds Steak, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 medium Onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 3 cubes Beef bouillon
  • 1 cups Water, hot
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1 package Egg noodles, cooked
  • Sauté steak, mushrooms, onions & oil together.

    Add beef bouillon & water & cover Simmer 30-40 Combine salt, ketchup, dry mustard & flour & mix in.

    Cook slowly.

    Cook sour cream stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil.

    Reduce heat & add noodles.

    Heat through, don’t boil!Serve over noodles
