Steak In Mushroom Gravy

  • 2 pounds Round steak
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 can Mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon Instant onion
  • 1 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package Rice/potatoes
  • Brown steak in oil.

    Add mushroom soup, onion, salt & worcestershire sauce.

    Bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat & simmer 2 hours.

    Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
