Steak & Mushrooms

  • 1 pound Sirloin steak, cubed
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
  • 1/2 pound Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley, dried
  • 1 cube Beef bouillon
  • 3/4 teaspoon Onion salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dry mustard
  • Dash Garlic powder
  • Dash Paprika
  • Sprinkle steak with lemon juice.

    Sauté mushrooms in butter 8” - 10”.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Cook 1” longer. (Avoid over-cooking)
