Nacho Potato Soup

  • 1 package Potatos au gratin
  • 1 11oz can Corn
  • 1 can Tomates and green chilies
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 cups Cheese, Velveeta
  • Dash Hot sauce
  • In 3 qt. saucepan combine the contents of the potato package, drained corn, tomatoes and water. Bring to a boil. Reduceheat and cover cooking 15-18 minutes. Add milk, cubed cheese and hot pepper sauce. Cook and stir until cheese is melted. 6-8 servings.
