BBQ Salmon With Caper Vinaigrette
Mix ingredients and marinate salmon fillets for 1/2 hour. Light BBQ and baste with marinade. Save 1/2 for drizzling at the table. Garnish with lemons and freshtarragon.
Serve with basmati rice friedin olive oil with pearl onions & salad of sliced tomato, zucchini and sun-driedfeta drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
