Quick And Tangy Beef Stir Fry
Combine ingredients for sauce, marinatebeef in 1/4 cup sauce 5 minutes. Heat 1tabls. oil in large skillet or wok overhigh heat. Stirfry beef about 5 minutesor until browned. Add peppers; cook 2 minutes, add remaining sauce; stir fry until sauce thickens, serve over hot cooked rice.
