Fried Chicken Strips

  • 2 lbs Chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 Egg white
  • ~ Oil or butter for frying
  • Cut chicken breasts into slices.

    Combine oil and cornstarch in bowl. In separate bowl, whip egg white until fluffy. Addegg white to the oil and cornstarch andstir slightly. Dip chicken into egg andoil mixture. Heat oil and butter in a frying pan, and fry the chicken strips until golden brown on the outside and white inside.
