Barvarian Chocolate Cream For Fruit Bars
Combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt in pan, add milk. Cook medium heat, stirring constantly until boils. Boil andstir one minute. Remove from heat and gradually stir half of mixture into egg yolks. Return to pan. Stir and heat to boiling point.
Remove from heat, blend in oleo and vanilla. Pour into bowl, cover with saran wrap. Cool. About 4 cups.
