Parsley Pesto

  • 1 cups/250 milliliters Parsely, fresh, washed & dried
  • 2 tablespoons/25 milliliters Parmesan, fresh, grated - Optional
  • 1 tablespoons/15 milliliters Pine nuts, toasted
  • 1 tablespoons/15 milliliters Basil, dried
  • 1 large Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoons/2 milliliters Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons/1 milliliters Black pepper
  • 1/4 cups/50 milliliters Olive oil, extra virgin
  • Makes 1/2 cup (125 ml) 1. In food processor, combine parsley, cheese, pine nuts, basil, garlic, salt and peppr until finely chopped. With motor running, pour in oil.
