Applesauce

  • 8 medium Apples, chopped, peeled
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • Bring apples and water to a boil. Simmer, covered over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Stir occassionally. Stir in sugar and heat through. Add 1 tsp. cinnamon if desired.
