Fruit Smoothie

  • 1 packages Silken soft tofu
  • 1 cups/250 milliliters Fruit juice (orange, apple or cranberry)
  • 1 Bananas
  • 1 cups/250 milliliters Strawberries or Blueberries
  • In blender or food processor, puree tofu, fruit juice, banana, and berries until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
