Jerky Marinate

  • 5 pounds London Broil
  • 1 cup Liquid Smoke
  • 10 ounces Worcestershire
  • 1 cup Soy sauce, dark
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons Accent salt
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoning salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 cups Brown sugar, light
  • Marinate the meat for 2-3 hours. In my case, I like to marinate it for 24 hours, better flavor. Mix all ingredients together. Dry about 3 hours on the dehydrator.
