Berry Cream Muffins

  • 4 cups Flour
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • Teaspoon Baking soda
  • Teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cups Blueberries
  • 4 Eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups Sour cream
  • Cup Oil
  • Teaspoon Vanilla
  • In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt; addberries and toss gently. Combine eggs, sour cream, oil and vanilla; mix well. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until muffins test done. Yieldabout 24 standard size muffins. This recipe is our most favorite one. YUM! YUM!
