Chicken Or Shrimp Fettuccine
While pasta is cooking. Peel and devineshrimp, or cut up chicken in to bite sizes pieces.
Heat butter and oil in frying pan, add onion and garlic- stir over low heat for 1 minute. Add either shrimp OR chicken and cook for 3-5 minutes or until done. Remove from pan and set aside. Add cream to pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce begins to thicken . Return meat to pan and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 1 minute and than add shrimp OR chicken sauceto the fettuccine and toss. Garnish with chopped parsley.
