Grilled Salmon
1. Prepare 450° or barbecue to medium-high. Spray baking pan with nonstick baking spray or if using barbecue, spray a piece of foil.
2. Arrange salmon fillet, skin side down, in prepared dish or foil. Springle with wine, oliver oil, tarragon or dill and pepper.
3. Bake or grill 10 to 15 minutes, depending on thicknessof fillet, until fish is opaque and flakes easily when tested with fork.
