Bonnie's Pimento Cheese

  • 2 pounds Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 Finely chopped hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 large Onions, chopped
  • 2 7-ounce jars Chopped pimento-drained
  • 1 pint Light Hellman's Mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Prepared mustard[yellow]
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons each Pepper, Paprika, onion salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons-each Garlic salt, celery salt
  • Thoroughly combine all ingredients. [I use my hands - in latex gloves, of course!] Make the day before. Keeps a week, or more. I halve this most of the time and it still makes a lot.
