Herb Pate

  • 1 packages (10.25 os/290g) Silken soft tofu
  • 1/2 cups/125 milliliters Parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons/25 milliliters Tofu Cream (see recipie)
  • 2 Green onions, chopped
  • 1 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoons/5 milliliters Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons/2 milliliters Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons/2 milliliters Black pepper
  • Dash Tabasco sauce
  • 2 tablespoons/25 milliliters Lemon juice, fresh
  • 2 tablespoons/25 milliliters Green olives, chopped
  • 1. Using sieve, drain tofu 2. In food processor using pulsing motion or in mixing bowl using electric mixer, combine drained tofu, parsley, mayonnaise, lemon juice, olives, onions, garlic, Worchestershire sauce, salt, pepper and Tabasco until well blended.

    3. Spoon into serving bowl. For best flavor, cover and refigerate for 1 day. Pate can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
