Herb Pate
1. Using sieve, drain tofu 2. In food processor using pulsing motion or in mixing bowl using electric mixer, combine drained tofu, parsley, mayonnaise, lemon juice, olives, onions, garlic, Worchestershire sauce, salt, pepper and Tabasco until well blended.
3. Spoon into serving bowl. For best flavor, cover and refigerate for 1 day. Pate can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
