BLT Pizza

  • 1 Italian bread shell (12 inch)
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 4 Tomatos, plum
  • 1/2 cup Cheese, Mozzarella
  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce
  • Spread shell with mayonnaise, layer with sliced tomatoes, cheese and cooked, crumbled bacon. Bake at 450º for 5-7 minuts or until cheese melts.

    Top with torn romaine lettuce and cut into wedges. Yield: 4 servings.
