Pizza Hot Dish

  • 1 pound Hamburger
  • 1/2 half Onions, chopped
  • 10 oz package Wide Egg Noodles, cooked
  • 1 (16 oz) jar Spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (3oz) can Mushroom pieces
  • 1 cup Cheese, Mozzarella -shredded
  • 1 cup Cheese, Mild cheddar- shredded

    • Brown hamburger and onion together. Season if desired. Cook noodles according to package directions. Add 3/4 jar of spaghetti sauce and mushrooms to ground beef, heat up. In 2 qt greased casserole dish layer 1/2 meat sauce, 1/2 noodles, and 1/2 of each of the cheeses. Repeat layers. Place the remaining spaghetti saucearound the outer edges and down the side. Bake at 350° for 35-45 minutes, or until cheese melts.

    Note: Freezes very well.
