Creamy Baked Chicken Breasts

  • 4 whole Chicken breasts
  • 8 slices Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Slices Swiss Cheese, thick
  • 2 cans 10.5 ounces Cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 cup White wine, dry
  • 2 boxes Stuffing mix, crushed
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • Chicken breast should be boneless, skinless and split in half.

    Grease 9X13 inchpan.arrange breast to fit pan. Top withCheese. Combine soup and wine, stir well.

    Spoon sauce evenly over chicken. Sprinkle crushed stuffing mix evenly over chicken and soup mixture. Drizzle butter or margarine over chicken. Cover with foil. (Remove foil when 5 minutes left.) Bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
