Rhubarb Cake
Cream together the first 5 ingredients.Add the next three ingredients. Mix together. then add buttermilk or sour milk.Next stir in rhubarb, vanilla and nuts.Place in a 9x 13 glass baking pan. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
