Cakes and Frostings

Apple Cake

  • 5 cups Bisquick
  • 2 Eggs, large
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Sugar, granulated

    • Pre-heat oven to 350°. Grease 10X13 inch pan with Bakers Joy spray.

    Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs,and blend.Add milk 1/2 cup at a time.

    Blend well.Add 1 can apple pie filling, blend well. Pour into greased pan and top with 2nd can of pie filling.

    Bake in oven for 30 minutesor until done.
