Easy Pecan Pie

  • 3 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Karo Syrup, light or dark
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups Peacan halves
  • 1 large Pie shell, unbaked
  • In large bowl stir first five ingredients until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes, or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.

    Serves 8 Prep time - 10 minutes Bake time 55 minutes
