Crock Pot Roast

  • 4 pounds Beef, Bottom Round
  • 2 small Onions,sliced
  • 3 Carrots,chunks
  • 3 small Bay leafs
  • 1 Tomatoes,diced canned
  • ~ Seasoned flour
  • 4 cups Water
  • ~ Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pre-heat slow cooker.

    Coat beef well with seasoned flour. Put beef, onions,carrots and bay leaf into crock pot.

    Add bay leaf and diced tomatoes and 2 cups of water.

    Turn on HIGH to get it boiling when it does turn down to LOW.

    Let cook about 4 hours then check if more water is needed. Beef should be covered with liquid.

    Cook a total of 6-8 hours.

    When doneremove beef from the crock pot and use liquid for gravy and juice to keep beef moist.

    Serves about 6 people.
