Lasagna

  • 1 package Cottage Cheese 16 ounces
  • 1 each Egg,Extra large
  • 1 cup Parmesan, fresh, grated
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 2 cans Spaghetti sauce 26 ounce
  • 1 package Mozzarella Cheese shredded 12 oz.
  • 1 pound Lasgana Noodles
  • Combine and mix the first 3 Ingredientsand cover. Brown ground meat and drain.Combine with spaghetti sauce. Cook Lasgagne noodles, drain and cool. Start withlayer of noodles, sauce, cheese mixtureand mozzarella cheese.

    Continue with levels as desired. Top with sauce and mozzarella cheese. Bake in 350°oven for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and let it restfor 15 minutes.
