Beef Stroganoff

  • 2-3 lbs cubed Round or sirloin steak
  • 2 cans Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Chedder cheese soup
  • 1 can Mushroom pieces, drained
  • 1 package Onion soup mix
  • This can be cooked in either the oven or a Crock pot. Place meat in bottom of pan. Sprinkle onion soup mix over meat. Add mushrooms. Spread 1 can cream of mushroom soup than 1 can cheese soup, then 1can cream of mushroom soup. Add a little water or milk if you want before pouring over meat. Bake at 250° for 3 hours. Stir together and bake 1/2 hour longer uncovered. (or) Cook Crock Pot on low for6-8 hours.

    Serve over noodles or rice.
