Sour Cream Date Muffins
Stir together flour, salt and spices. In medium bowl beat egg, add sugar and sour cream and beat to blend. Add flour mixture, dates, nuts. Stir only until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy) Fill 12 muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes. Serve warn Note: Raisins maybe used in place of the Dates.
