Hot Reuben Dip

  • 1 (15 oz) can Sauerkraut (drained)
  • 4 packages Budding Corned Beef, chopped
  • 6 oz Cheese, Swiss - shredded
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup Sour cream
  • Blend all indgredients, heat in microwave for 4 minutes, stir and microwave 4 minutes longer. Or put in Crock pot on low unti melted ( double the batch for larger groups)
