Zucchini Bread

  • 3 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 3 cups Zucchini (grated)
  • 3 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 3 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1/2 cup Nuts
  • 1 cups Chocolate chips
  • Beat eggs; add next four ingredients. Beat till light and fluffy. Add dry indgredients. Divide into two loaf pans. Bakeat 350° for one hour
