Crispy Potato Wedges

  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon each Dried basil, oregano and thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 6 medium Potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • In a bowl, combine oil and seasonings. Add potato wedges, and stir to coat. Arrange in a single layer in an ungreased 15x10 inch baking pan. Bake uncovered, at450° for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 10-15 minutes longer or until potatoes are crisp and tender.
