Big Boy BBQ Sauce

  • 28 ounces Ketchup
  • 12 ounces Chili sauce
  • 1/3 cups Mustard
  • 1 tablespoons DRY MUSTARD
  • 1/2 cups Brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups COARSE BLACK PEPPER
  • 1 1/2 cups WINE VINEGAR
  • 1 cups FRESH LEMON JUICE
  • 1/2 cups THICK STEAK SAUCE
  • 1 dashes Tabasco
  • 1/4 cups Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoons Soy sauce, dark
  • 2 tablespoons Salad oil
  • 12 ounces Beer
  • COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS & MIX WELL. POUR INTO JARS. FREEZE FOR LONG TERM STORAGE OR REFRIGERATE. GARLIC MAY BE ADDED BEFORE USING SAUCE.
