Bleu Cheese-Buttermilk Dressing

  • 1-4 once package Bleu cheese
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1/2 to 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • Stir all ingredients together in a bowl. Refrigerate at least 2 hours, best overnight.
