Poultry, Salads and Dressings

Chicken Salad

  • 3 cups Chicken, diced, cooked
  • 1 1/2 cups Celery, diced
  • 4 Eggs, hard-boiled, diced
  • 1/2 cup Almond slivers, toasted
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoons Onions, minced
  • ~ Salt and pepper to taste
  • May add either 1 cup Pineapple cubes (drained)
  • OR Grapes, white
  • OR Peas and green olives
  • Mix all ingredients together.

    May add 2cups cooked pasta for a Chicken & Pastasalad.
