Cinnamon Chocolate Cake
Grease 10 x13 inch pan. Ina medium sized bowl , sift flour into sugar and set aside. In saucepan bring to boil: butter,cocoa, and water. Let cool slightly then pour over flour and sugar. Blend untilsmooth. Add eggs, baking soda, vanilla,and cinnamon. Mix well. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes.
FROSTING: Five minutes before cake is done, in a medium size saucepan, melt and bring to boil, butter, milk and cocoa. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Sift powder sugar into mixture, stirring after each cup is added. ( Frosting will be pourable) Pour frosting over hot baked cake.
