Appetizers, Mexican - Spanish, Pork Mutton Veal

Ham Appetillas

  • 1 package (Super Sized) Flour tortilla shells
  • 2 -8oz pkgs Cream cheese -softened
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Black olives (chopped)
  • 2- 2 1/2 oz Sliced, pressed, cooked ham
  • Remove Tortillas from refrigerator. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, onions, and olives. Spread thin layer of mixture on each tortilla. Arrange four slices ofham over cheese. Tightly roll up tortilla. Wrap individually in plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight. To serve, cut into 3 inch slices. Makes about 64 appetillas.

    Crab Appetillas - Omit olives and ham. Add 1 cup chopped red pepper, 1 cup shreddedcheddar cheese and 1 can crab (5oz chopped imitation crab) to mixture.
