Green Salsa

  • 8 Tomatillos, husked
  • 3 Shallots
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1- 4 oz. can Green chilies, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 to 3 Jalapeno peppers, seeded
  • ~ Salt and pepper to taste
  • Place all ingredients in a food processor. Using the pulse setting, coarsly chop. Cover and chill in refrigerator untilserving.
