Salsa

  • 8 cups Tomatos, fresh, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Jalapeno pepper
  • 2 cups Red pepper, diced
  • 2 cups Green pepper, diced
  • 2 cups Onions, diced
  • 1 tablespoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1/8 cup Cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 -15 oz Tomato sauce
  • Mix tomatos,jalepeno, red and green peppers, onions, garlic and salt and peppertogether in a large stockpot. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Drain juice. Mix juice, tomato sauce and cornstarch together, and add to salsa mixture. Bring to a boil again. Fill pint jars and process in a hot water bath canner for 15 minutes This is the Best Salsa
