Coconut - Nut Frosting

  • 1 cup Evaporated milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Nuts, chopped
  • 1 1/3 cups Coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • In medium glass bowl combine milk, sugar, butter and flour. Microwave on high for 41/2 to 51/2 minutes or until mixtureis thickened. Stirring twice. Add remaining ingredients. Cool until spreadable.Stirring occasionally. Makes 2 1/2 cups
