Mushrooms In Garlic Butter
In a 10"to 12" cast iron skillet, melt the butter on an uncovered grill directly over medium hot charcoal.
Stir in vinegar, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add whole mushrooms and the redonion whichhas been thinly sliced and separated into rings. Cover the skillet and cook for10 minutes. Stir and cook for 10 minutes more.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving. *
