Egg Nog

  • 1/2 gallon Vanilla Ice Cream -softened
  • 3 Egg yolks
  • 1/2 cups Sugar, granulated
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1 quart Milk -2%

    • Mix egg yolks, sugar & vanilla; add melted ice cream and finally milk. Mix withhand mixer until ice cream is smooth.

    Take 3 egg whites - beat unitl soft peaksform and add 11/2 tsp powerded sugar. Cover egg nog mixture and sprinkle with nutmeg.
