Potato Casserole

  • 1 large pkg Hash Browns, frozen
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Onions, diced
  • 10 oz pkg Cheddar cheese, mild, shredded
  • 2 cups Sour cream
  • Dash Pepper
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup Butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 cup Corn flakes (crushed)
  • Partical thaw hash browns.

    Mix all together (except the butter and corn flakes)and put into a 9x13" pan. Mix corn flakes and butter together and place on top of potatoe mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350°
