Home Made Pork Fritters

  • 4 large Pork cubed steaks
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 4 -6 cups Cracker meal
  • 1/2 cups Milk
  • ~ Salt and pepper
  • ~ Vegetable oil to deep fry
  • Each steak in half. Lay aside.

    Beat theeggs with the milk. You will need four deep dish pie plates.

    Divide the egg mixture into 2 pie plates.

    Pour 2 cups of craker meal into 2 pie plates.

    Set one pie plate of egg mixture, and cracker mealin front of your cutting board. Lay a large piece of foil next to cracker meal.

    Dip one piece of steak into egg, then into cracker meal. Place onto cutting board and keep patting the crumbs into the meat. You may use a rolling pin. Set on foil. Do the other 3 pieces of meat.Repeat this process again with the egg and cracker meal, that you set aside. Your piece of meat should be almost doubled than when you started.Lay each piece on foil after you dip.Put in the refrigerater for a half hour. May be frozen seperate on cookie sheet and frozen, then put into bag.

    Heat enough oil to deep fry in a deep kettle or deep fryer.

    375°. Fry until golden brown.

    Salt and pepper to taste on enjoy on your favorite bun or rolls, and any condiments you like.
