Salads and Dressings

Dill Vinaigrette

  • 1/4 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoons Dried dill weed
  • 2 teaspoons Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoons Nutmeg
  • Shake all ingredients in tightly covered container. About 1/2 cup vinaigrette.
